Jaymin West

Jaymin is an agentic engineer focused on building AI systems that solve real problems. As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Tidemark, he embeds within our portfolio companies to lead their AI transformation. Prior to joining Tidemark, Jaymin was the founder of Rowana, a generative engine optimization tool (acquired). In parallel, he built and maintains an open-source ecosystem of agent tooling, including Warren, Mulch, and Seeds. Jaymin received a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Gonzaga University. Originally from Fort Collins, Colorado, and now based in Seattle, he spends as much time as he can biking and backpacking.
