Eva is the Director of Marketing and Community at Tidemark. Prior to Tidemark, Eva was the Director of Marketing and Communications at Fin Capital, where she led the firm’s marketing efforts and advised portfolio companies on their communications strategies. Eva brings over a decade of experience driving brand growth and visibility for startups and venture capital funds to her work.
Previously, Eva was the Communications Director at West, a venture studio focused on brand and marketing for startups. In this role, Eva launched the studio’s inaugural in-house publication, West of Everything, led content initiatives, and supported portfolio companies on PR. Before West, Eva led communications for CircleUp––an investment platform for early-stage consumer brands––and started her career at LaunchSquad.
Eva originally hails from New York and holds dual degrees in International Studies and French Language & Literature from the University of Michigan. She now feels at home in Northern California––splitting her time equally between REI and Sports Basement. A former competitive figure skater, she has since traded her ice skates for hiking boots and skis. A lifelong mover, she remains a company member of the Isadora Duncan International Institute, a 501(c)(3) non-profit educational organization committed to enhancing education through movement and has performed nationally and abroad.
