The Tidemark team was thrilled to sit down with two IPO experts, Steve Collins and Ryan Limaye, to talk through all things going public, from the current state of the IPO market to IPO readiness.

Steve and Ryan graciously shared their wisdom from decades of experience and shed light on the inside baseball known to a small few.

Steve Collins is a Tidemark Fellow and was previously the CFO of ExactTarget. He is an audit committee financial expert with substantial public company expertise and experience on the boards of nCino, Shopify, Sprout Social, MuleSoft, Paycor, and Instructure.

Ryan Limaye is the Co-head of Global Technology Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs.
